We believe that it’s the simplest things in life that make the biggest difference. Our Raw Sugar Initiative was launched with a single bar of soap and a philosophy that people are only as beautiful as they feel – and you can’t feel beautiful if you don’t feel clean. It’s the reason we’ve donated millions of bars of soap and other clean essentials to families around the world and what motivates us to dive even deeper in our own communities. We hope our journey of simple gestures and a little humanity will go a long long way.

IT’S THE SIMPLEST ACTS OF GIVING THAT CREATE REAL CHANGE
There are more people becoming homeless for the first time now than any time in Los Angeles’ history. Los Angeles Mission is on the front lines of providing meals, hot showers, safe shelter and other life-giving support to people in need. Their motto is “Help Change a Life” and Raw Sugar couldn’t agree more.
Covenant House provides a safe haven from the hardships of homelessness. They recognize the fundamental worth of every human being and create a safe setting where all youth, regardless of life experience or identity, are served without judgement.
Like every community in the country, Sarasota has families who struggle with food insecurity. Along with facing hunger, they often lack other basic needs and rely on their local food banks for support. Raw Sugar is Sarasota proud and so donated 72,000 containers of hand soap to the All Faiths Food Bank for those families in need.
