Where do you ship?
We, currently, only ship to the contiguous United States (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) via ground shipping.

We are available in store to Canada residents at Shoppers Drug Mart and on their website.

For APO/FPO/DPO orders those will be sent via
USPS.

Shipments to the contiguous United States, generally, ship within 2 business days of placing your order.  Most
customers will receive items within 3-6 business days, however, some destinations can take up to 10 business days.

Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 7-10 business days to process and ship. Some destinations may take up to 14 business days.

At this time, we do not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes nor offer Expedited shipping.

Order by 5/1 at 12pm PT to get your order in time for Mother's Day.

Shipping Fees
Any order more than $35 USD (before taxes and discounts) qualifies for free shipping, otherwise, there is a $9.99 flat shipping fee per order.

We love our products and believe you will, too. If you do not enjoy your first order, please let us know so that we can help you return your product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Future orders of the same product are not eligible for returns. See our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

For any other issues, please contact customer care and we will be able to assist you. If your order included any shipping costs, such as expedited shipping fees or the $9.99 shipping fee for orders under our free shipping qualifier, those charges are non-refundable.

Raw Sugar digital gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Use Points
Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy. Simply, apply your points for a discount at checkout. You can use as many or as little of your points earned (based on your available Point balance)—you're in the driver’s seat.

Note: you cannot use a dicount code and rewards points within the same order. Additionally, points are earned for products purchased only—excludes taxes and shipping.

- Raw Sugar Digital Gift Cards are available in $10, $25, $50, $100 denominations and redeemable online only via RawSugarLiving.com.

-When purchasing eGift Cards, promotional discount offers are excluded, such as sitewide discount codes. Note: Raw Sugar eGifts Cards never expire and are non-refundable.

- GIFTING: Once purchased, you'll receive the Digital Gift Card in your email inbox immediately, separate from the order confirmation. You can then simply forward along to the recipient or print it out for an old-school touch. Or for iPhone users, you can quickly add it to your Wallet from the eGift Card email and then text it to your recipient, so they can seamlessly add it to their Wallet.

- When redeeming a Digital Gift Card, only one Gift Card can be used per transaction—and it cannot be combined with a discount code or Rewards Points.

- Earn Raw Sugar Rewards Points when purchasing an eGift Card. Note: When redeeming eGift Cards you cannot earn Points a second time, as Points were already earned when the eGift Card was purchased. If you purchase a product with an eGift Card and the order total is more than the balance—you will earn points on the difference. Note: Points are earned for products only—excludes taxes and shipping.
