Can I Return My Order?

We love our products and believe you will, too. If you do not enjoy your first order, please let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Future orders of the same product are not eligible for returns.

For any other issues, please contact customer care and will be able to assist you. If your order included any shipping costs, such as expedited shipping fees or the $9.99 shipping fee for orders under our free shipping qualifier, those charges are non-refundable.

Raw Sugar digital gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?
