Review Policy

Raw Sugar takes pride in the voices of our customers. In order to ensure the legitimacy of the customer reviews and feedback that we receive on our site, it is our policy to only disclose customer reviews from verified purchasers of our site and reviews received by Bazaarvoice. Verified purchasers means those who we have confirmed bought or used the items on our site.
 
While we do not monitor, moderate or control reviews otherwise, we reserve the right to remove what are in accordance with the FTC guidelines, reviews that:

• Contain confidential or private information – for example, a person’s financial, medical, or personnel file information or a company’s trade secrets;
• Are libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or other intrinsic characteristic;
• Are unrelated to the company’s products or services; or
• Are clearly false or misleading.
