store credit will expire after 1 year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my store credit if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the store credit you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
I forgot to use my store credit at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately store credit cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
