Where do you ship?
We, currently, only ship to the contiguous United States (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) via ground shipping.

We are available in store to Canada residents at Shoppers Drug Mart and on their website.

For APO/FPO/DPO orders those will be sent via
USPS.

Shipments to the contiguous United States, generally, ship within 2 business days of placing your order.  Most
customers will receive items within 3-6 business days, however, some destinations can take up to 10 business days.

Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 7-10 business days to process and ship. Some destinations may take up to 14 business days.

At this time, we do not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes nor offer Expedited shipping.

Shipping Fees
Any order more than $35 USD (before taxes and discounts) qualifies for free shipping, otherwise, there is a $9.99 flat shipping fee per order.

We love our products and believe you will, too. If you do not enjoy your first order, please let us know so that we can help you return your product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Future orders of the same product are not eligible for returns. See our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

For any other issues, please contact customer care and we will be able to assist you. If your order included any shipping costs, such as expedited shipping fees or the $9.99 shipping fee for orders under our free shipping qualifier, those charges are non-refundable.

Raw Sugar digital gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Here at Raw Sugar, we believe “clean” means our products are formulated without SLS/SLES, parabens, phthalates, silicones, dyes or gluten.  We are mindful of harmful chemicals and formulate with clean, good-for-you ingredients that won’t harm or strip the skin or hair of its natural goodness.  Our products are dermatologist-tested and compliant with retailer clean standards such as Target Clean. 

We have a do-no-harm philosophy and never compromise on our commitment to using clean ingredients and certified organic extracts to maintain the integrity of our formulas. We subscribe to a rigorous supplier code of conduct policy, and most of our products are manufactured in the USA with globally sourced parts. Our signature white bottles include some Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic. Additionally, our bar soap and deodorant packaging use paper made from FSC-certified pulp.

Raw Sugar products are proudly PETA-certified animal test-free and vegan. We've recently reformulated our Lip Love lip balm to remove the beeswax, making it fully vegan as well.

Raw Sugar products may include oils and extracts from fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, tree nuts and/or seeds. This statement of caution can be found on the packaging of every item underneath the ingredient list. We recommend to always patch test new products if you’re not sure of potential allergens.   

All Raw Sugar products contain the highest quality blend of natural and synthetic fragrances. These are formulated to be EU compliant, which means none of the harmful chemicals banned or restricted by the European Union are included. All components of the fragrance blends we use have been carefully considered and evaluated for safety in personal care products. We also ensure that the levels of all fragrance components fall well below the limits recommended by International Fragrance Association (IFRA).

We’ve created a special line of products designed and formulated just for kids to meet their unique needs: Raw Sugar Kids. If you’d like to use our non-kids products on your child, that’s okay too! However, please keep in mind that many of our products contain extracts from fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs, tree nuts, seeds, and more. If you’re unsure about your child’s allergies, we strongly recommend doing a patch test before use.

For safety, all product use by young children should be supervised by an adult. And don’t forget to check the product packaging for any additional warnings or guidance.

Raw Sugar products are formulated to remain stable for at least two years when unopened. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
