"My frustration is with the shipping. The shipping costs as much as the item and I still haven't received it yet. It has been 10 days since my order. If I'm paying for shipping, it needs to be here within 1-3 days. Otherwise, offer free shipping with no minimum purchase amount, and I'll be glad to do business again, and wait. Now as far as the product, I like that it's healthy for my hair and scalp, but I have yet to see it strengthen my hair. My hair is still thinning and I have been using this product well over a year now."

"The smell is nice. A bit strong at first but settles pleasantly. Gives a nice clean feeling with a scent that's not too overpowering. Only downfall is the packaging. The lid was taped shut but it wasn't screwed on tightly so it still leaked some out and got on my other products. This has happened twice so far. Other than that, I love it!"
